Teaching and competing is my life. I've been immersed in martial arts since childhood and I'm certain it's my life's calling. I especially enjoy Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and have a great respect for the Carlson Gracie style of teaching and learning and all the traditions that go along with it.

 

I get a lot of satisfaction out of sharing my passion with my students, adults and kids alike. It's an awesome feeling to be able to teach someone a skill that changes their life for the better. It's an amazing sport, packed with all sorts of positive effects on the body and mind.
